Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 October 2026
These terms explain how Link868 works and what each of us can expect. Please read them before you use the site or buy anything. We have kept them as plain as we can. Where a word has a special meaning, we explain it the first time it appears.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to the website link868.com, your Link868 account and every service you get through them (together, the “Services”). By creating an account, buying a service, joining LinkSN, sending us an enquiry or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Some services come with extra terms shown when you buy them, for example the details on a package, an order page or a written proposal. If those extra terms conflict with these Terms, the extra terms apply to that service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
2. Who you are dealing with
Link868 is a brand owned and operated by YRE Digital (“Link868”, “we”, “us”, “our”). “You” means the person using the Services and, where you act for a business or organisation, that business or organisation too.
- Card payments. When you pay by card, you buy from YRE360 LLC, which sells and processes card payments for Link868.
- Every other payment. When you pay any other way (for example WAM, PayWise, bank transfer or cash), you buy from YRE Digital.
- Services delivered by partners. Some services are delivered by businesses we work with. For example, LinkBusiness services after the assessment are provided by Unilink Business Services Ltd, and LinkCloud services are powered by Genikai Ltd. Where a partner delivers a service, we tell you before you commit, and that partner may ask you to accept its own terms as well.
Your order page and receipt name the seller for your order. Either way, these Terms apply.
3. We are not a law firm
Link868 is not a law firm, an accounting firm or a bank, and we do not give legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. We prepare and submit registrations and filings on your instructions, keep your records, send reminders, and provide the other services described on the site.
Guides, checklists, courses, events, assessments and anything our team tells you are general information to help you decide. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney, accountant or other professional about your own situation. Using the Services does not create an attorney-client or other professional relationship.
4. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract.
- If you act for a business, organisation or another person, you confirm that you have their authority to do so and to give us their information.
- Give us accurate, current and complete information, and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login details secure and do not share your account. Turn on two-step sign-in where we offer it. You are responsible for what happens under your account until you tell us it has been misused.
- Tell us straight away at support@link868.com if you think someone else has used your account.
5. Identity checks and the law
Forming and looking after businesses for other people is a regulated activity in Trinidad and Tobago. The law requires us to confirm who we act for, to understand who owns and controls a business, and to watch for money laundering, terrorist financing and other crime.
- We will ask for identification and other documents for you, and for directors, partners, shareholders and beneficial owners. We check them before anything is filed.
- We may ask further questions, ask for more documents, or delay, refuse or stop a service where the law requires it or where we cannot complete our checks. Where this happens before work starts, we refund our service fee.
- The law may require us to report concerns to the authorities, and may prevent us from telling you that we have done so.
- We keep identity and filing records for as long as the law requires, even after you close your account.
6. Orders, prices and payment
Prices
Prices are in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TT$). Unless a price says otherwise, registration and filing prices include the government fee for that specific registration or filing. Where we say government fees or penalties are billed “at cost”, we charge you exactly what the government charges, with nothing added, on top of our own fee.
Some services are priced per unit, for example Annual Return Rescue per year behind. The total is shown before you pay. A price marked “from” is the starting price; the final price is shown before you pay.
Your order
Your order is accepted when you have paid and we confirm it. If we made an obvious mistake in a price, or cannot provide a service, we will tell you and you can choose to go ahead at the right price or cancel for a full refund. We may change our prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.
Payment
Payments are handled by payment providers such as Stripe, WAM and PayWise. When you pay through one of them, you also accept that provider's terms. We never see or store your full card or wallet details. You authorise us, or the seller named in section 2, to charge the amount shown at checkout.
7. Registrations and filings
We prepare and submit registrations and filings using the information and documents you give us. A person on our team checks every application before it goes in.
- We do not control the Registry or any other authority. Approval, timing and the outcome are decided by them. Any timeline we give is an estimate, not a promise.
- Business names. We search a proposed name before we file it, but a name is only yours once it is registered. If a name cannot be used, we tell you and help you choose another.
- Your information. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you give us, including names, ownership and beneficial ownership details. False or misleading information can be an offence and can lead to refusal, penalties or a business being struck off.
- Your approval. Where a filing needs your signature or approval, we cannot file it until you give it.
- Copies of what we file, and the confirmations we receive, are kept in your myLinkVault.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Our fees pay for work, and government fees cannot be recovered once they are paid. So refunds work like this:
- Before work starts on an order, you can cancel it and we refund the full amount you paid.
- After work has started or a filing has been prepared or submitted, our fee for that work is generally not refundable, and government fees already paid for you cannot be refunded.
- If we cannot complete a service for a reason that is ours, we refund our fee for the part we did not do.
- Yearly services can be cancelled at any time; see section 9.
Refunds go back to the way you paid where possible. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Yearly services and renewals
Some services run for a year, for example Company Care, Presence Care, business email, domains, website hosting and paid myLinkVault storage.
- We do not automatically charge a stored card. We remind you before the renewal date, and you renew when you choose.
- You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the service until the end of the period you paid for.
- If you do not renew, the service ends at the end of the paid period. For domains, email and websites, see section 13 for what happens next.
- A yearly service covers the current period going forward. Catching up on filings that were already overdue when it started is a separate service, such as Annual Return Rescue.
10. Company Care on-time promise
For a company with an active, paid Company Care plan, we prepare and file the annual return before its deadline. If we fail to, and the Registrar charges a late filing penalty as a direct result of our failure, we pay that penalty.
The promise covers the government late filing penalty only, not any other loss. It does not apply where the delay is caused by information, documents, approvals or signatures we asked you for and did not receive in reasonable time; incorrect or incomplete information from you; a plan that had lapsed, was unpaid or was cancelled; filings already overdue when the plan began; or events beyond our reasonable control, such as Registry closures, outages or changes in law or procedure. To claim, contact us within 30 days of the penalty being charged and send us the Registrar’s notice.
11. Registered office and secretary
- Where you use our registered office address or company secretary service, we provide it only while your plan is active and paid.
- You authorise us to receive official and legal post for the company at that address and to make it available to you, usually as a scan in myLinkVault. We may open post addressed to the company for this purpose.
- Use our address only as the registered office of the company the plan was bought for.
- When the plan ends, you must appoint a new registered office and, if needed, a new secretary, and file the change. If you do not, we may resign as the law allows and tell the Registry that we no longer act.
12. myLinkVault
myLinkVault is your private online home for business documents: the ones you upload and the ones we prepare. It is free with anything you buy from us. Paid levels with more storage are available.
- Storage limits apply to each level and are shown when you buy. We tell you before you reach your limit.
- Files are scanned for harmful content when they arrive. We may refuse or remove a file that is harmful or breaks section 19.
- Reminders are a help, not a guarantee. You remain responsible for your deadlines unless a paid service, such as Company Care, says we take them on.
- If a paid level is not renewed, your documents stay available within the free level's limits. If you are over the limit, you can still view and download them, but cannot add more until you make space or renew.
- Keep your own copies of anything important. If you close your account, we tell you how to download your documents first. We keep records the law requires us to keep (see our Privacy Policy).
13. Domains, email, websites and online presence
- Domains are registered through domain registrars and are subject to their rules. Where we can, we register a domain in your business's name. Domains renew yearly; if a domain is not renewed in time, it can be lost and taken by someone else.
- Business email is provided on your own domain through our technology suppliers. If you do not renew, mailboxes are closed after the paid period and the emails in them may be deleted, so keep your own copies.
- Websites and hosting. You are responsible for the content you give us to publish, and confirm you have the right to use it. We may take down content that is unlawful or breaks section 19.
- Social and online profiles we set up for you (for example WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook or a Google Business Profile) belong to you. Those platforms have their own rules, and we do not control whether they approve, limit or remove an account.
- Presence Care checks the things listed on its page and alerts you. It cannot prevent every problem on platforms we do not control.
14. LinkSN: courses, events and introductions
LinkSN, the Link Success Network, offers online courses, webinars, events and introductions. It has two levels: Free, open to anyone, and Member, which every Link868 customer gets automatically and which adds member rates, member-only events and introductions.
- Courses and events are general education, not professional advice (see section 3). Speakers and hosts who are not Link868 staff speak for themselves.
- Events may be photographed or recorded. We tell you beforehand, and you can ask not to be shown.
- We may change, move or cancel an event. If you paid for a place and we cancel, we refund you.
- Treat others with respect. We may remove anyone from LinkSN, an event or a group for behaviour that is abusive, unlawful or harmful, or for using LinkSN to send unwanted promotions.
- An introduction is a chance to talk, not a recommendation. Any deal you make with someone you meet is between you and them.
15. LinkBusiness assessments and services
The LinkBusiness Business Efficiency Assessment is complimentary and comes with no obligation. Its findings are our honest view of what could help your business, based on what you tell us; they are not a guarantee of results.
If you choose to go ahead with LinkBusiness services, they are set out in a written proposal and agreement that you accept separately. Those services are provided by Unilink Business Services Ltd under that agreement.
16. Partners and other businesses
We may introduce you to, or list, other businesses: for example banks, accountants, attorneys, insurers, training providers and technology firms. Unless we say we deliver the service ourselves:
- their services are provided by them, under their own terms and prices;
- we are not responsible for what they do or do not do; and
- we may receive a fee or commission for an introduction, which never increases the price you pay them.
Links on our site to other websites are for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
17. Features marked coming soon
Some features are shown as “coming soon” or offered as early access, for example LinkOS. Registering your interest does not commit you to anything, and it does not commit us to a launch date, a price or a particular set of features. Early access features may change, and may be withdrawn.
18. Your responsibilities
- Send the information and documents we ask for promptly, and reply to our questions.
- Check the drafts and details we send you, and tell us quickly if anything is wrong.
- Remain responsible for your business's legal, tax and filing duties, except where a paid service says we take a specific duty on.
- Keep your contact details up to date, so our reminders and messages reach you.
19. Acceptable use
You must not use the Services to:
- break the law, or register or run a business for an unlawful purpose;
- commit fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, or hide who really owns or controls a business;
- impersonate anyone, or give us documents that are false or not yours to give;
- upload anything harmful, such as viruses, or content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone's rights;
- send spam or unwanted messages, including through email accounts or profiles we set up for you;
- try to get into parts of the Services you are not allowed into, test their security without our written permission, or overload or disrupt them; or
- copy, scrape or resell the Services or their content without our written permission.
20. Our content and yours
The Link868 name, logos, website, software, courses, templates and other content belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You may use them only to use the Services. You may not use our name or logos without our written permission.
You keep ownership of the information and documents you give us. You allow us to use them to provide the Services and to meet our legal duties, as our Privacy Policy explains. Documents we prepare for you, such as filings, letters, templates and cash flows, may be used by your business for its own purposes. Templates and course materials are for your business's own use, not for resale.
21. Our liability
We provide the Services with reasonable care and skill. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the Services are provided “as is”, and we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
- We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost business or lost opportunities.
- We are not liable for what the Registry, other authorities, banks, platforms or other businesses decide or do.
- Our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the claim, apart from the Company Care promise in section 10, which is paid as described there.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
22. Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because you broke these Terms, misused the Services, or gave us information that was false, misleading or not yours to give, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim.
23. Suspending or ending the services
You can stop using the Services and ask us to close your account at any time. Paid services you have already used are not refunded except as section 8 says.
We may suspend or close your account, or stop a service, if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if the law requires it, if our checks in section 5 cannot be completed, or if your account is used for fraud or misuse. Where it is fair and lawful to do so, we tell you first and give you a chance to put things right. If we stop a service for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the part you paid for and did not receive.
Sections that by their nature should last after your account closes, such as 5, 8, 20, 21, 22, 26 and 27, continue to apply.
24. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as Registry or government closures, system outages at authorities or suppliers, power or internet failures, natural disasters, civil unrest or changes in the law. We will tell you, keep working where we can, and pick up as soon as the event ends.
25. How we contact each other
We contact you by email, through your account, by WhatsApp, by text message or by phone, using the details you gave us. Messages about your orders, filings, deadlines and security are part of the service; you cannot opt out of them while you have an active service. Marketing messages are different; see our Privacy Policy.
You can contact us at support@link868.com or on WhatsApp through the links on the site. Formal legal notices to us should be sent by email to support@link868.com with “Legal notice” in the subject line.
26. Complaints and disputes
If you are unhappy, please tell us at support@link868.com with your order details and what went wrong. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. If it will take longer, we will tell you why.
If we cannot resolve it together, either of us may take the dispute to the courts named in section 27. This does not stop you from contacting a consumer protection authority.
27. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, and the courts of Trinidad and Tobago deal with any dispute, without taking away rights you have under the law of the place where you live.
28. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms, for example when we add a service or the law changes. The “last updated” date at the top shows when. If a change matters to you, we tell you by email or in your account before it takes effect. Changes do not affect orders you have already paid for. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply.
29. General
- These Terms, with any extra terms for a service, are the whole agreement between us about the Services.
- If a court decides part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our agreement. We may transfer ours to another business that takes over the Services, and we will tell you if that happens.
- Nobody other than you and us can enforce these Terms.
